About Kenny Construction Group

Frank has enjoyed transforming buildings and homes for customers since before he graduated high school. He began his journey at a tech school in Haverford, where he found the love of carpentry. From there, he joined the carpenters union for 17 years, renovating and building commercial and noncommercial buildings in the Philadelphia area. In 2003, Frank decided that it was time to start a family-owned business of his own.

For Frank, it is all about considering each customer’s desires and creating a space that fits their parameters and budget. For many years, Frank worked with his tools, but now he spends his days overseeing every project to ensure everything is up to the highest standards. Frank specializes in everything from ground-up builds to decks, stucco remediations, kitchens, bathroom remodels, and much more. Some of his projects include Lemoncellos restaurant and the historic Lucky Dog farmhouse in East Bradford.

He currently employs 10 to 15 professionals who each bring their talents and skills to the company. It is gratifying for Frank to have a team dedicated to exceeding each client’s expectations. One of Frank’s favorite pastimes is purchasing a home that needs a complete renovation, remodeling, and reselling. Outside of work, Frank enjoys watching motocross, boating, and spending the weekends on the Chesapeake Bay with his family and friends. Frank is a local family man who will prioritize your next project.

Since middle school, Garrett has worked for Kenny Construction Group in the summers and weekends. He began helping with the family business when he was old enough to strap a tool belt on. In 2017, he graduated from Rustin High School and continued his education at Shippensburg University. There, he studied marketing and learned some much-needed skills that would later be very helpful in the family business.

Garrett has been working full-time at Kenny Construction since 2019. He enjoys running projects from the first meeting with a client to the last. He always kindly guides the customer through the process and ensures that all needs and expectations are fully met.

He works directly in the field, delivering materials and ensuring each employee and job site has what they need to make the day seamless. Garrett always treats every customer with the respect and consideration that naturally comes to him. His favorite thing about working for Kenny Construction Group is seeing a project go from outdated or rundown to something beautiful that the family or business can enjoy!

Outside of work, Garrett enjoys riding motocross, boating, riding his Harley, and hanging out with his friends and family. When you see Garrett, he is sure to bring a smile to your face and have a good story to tell.

Brad has been working for his family-owned business since he was just a kid. He would go out every weekend or summer to help with projects. He graduated from Rustin High School in 2017 and continued sharpening his skills at Thaddeus Stevens Technical College. There, he majored in carpentry and built a house from the ground up as his senior project. Brad graduated at the top of his class and brought those skills to his family-owned business full-time in 2019.

He worked as a carpenter in the field until a motorcycle accident in 2020 left him with paralysis. Do not worry; Brad did not let that stop him. Just 3 short months later, he decided to continue doing what he loved but in a different way. He primarily works in the office, estimating, coordinating staff, and scheduling. In addition, he runs the backhoe and skid steer with precision and passion when ground excavation is needed. Brad is the definition of hard-working and dedicated, and he is sure that every project meets the budget and desires of his customers.

Outside work, Brad enjoys watching motocross, boating, and taking his antique car to shows with his buddies. Customers love seeing Brad pull up in his truck and being greeted with a smile and maybe even a lick from his service dog, Hank.
