Our Home Remodeling Process
The process of home remodeling involves taking into account a multitude of factors. This is why choosing the right contractor for your project is crucial. Sometimes, the cheapest quote is not the best option because homeowners can get blindsided at the end of the job with extra costs the other contractor did not account for. At Kenny Construction, we include all project parts and costs in our proposal.
The time of the process depends on the remodeling project. A kitchen typically has a four-week process from start to finish. However, an entire house remodel normally takes 4-6 months, depending on the home’s size and the chosen materials’ availability.
Bathroom Remodeling
For some bathroom projects, the homeowner has already researched and has a baseline of what materials to use. Once we have our initial meeting, we will set you up with our vendors so you can see what your vanity, tile, countertops, and plumbing fixtures will look like.
On the other hand, some homeowners are in the beginning stages of an entire remodel and need a designer to show them a design and guide them through the lengthy process. As a result, we can introduce you to designers if needed. We then will work with the designer to set you up with all the vendors needed to look at cabinets, countertops, flooring, and everything else you need to complete your project.
As previously mentioned, we work on all types of remodeling projects! We pride ourselves on taking out as much stress as possible from the process by offering everything from financing to dealing with vendors directly to the finishing products!
